Thank you for your interest in Axis Transcription Service. ATS is a medical transcription service serving medical professionals throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, MIssouri, and Arkansas. We believe that communication is critical to building a partnership with client practices, therefore our service has a regional focus and a personal touch that you will not find with services catering to everyone and everybody.
(Throughout our Web site the above logo will scroll to the top of the current page.)
Our mission is to build a partnership with your practice. In this way, we can develop a thorough understanding of the particular needs of your practice and deliver the services you require with accuracy and efficiency.
Our approach to accomplishing this mission has two key characteristics. First, we develop and maintain a relationship with your staff in order to completely understand your requirements. Next, we harness technology to ensure that the dictations are clear, the transcribed documents are to your specifications and accurate, and that those documents are delivered to you in the manner and timeframe that best fits your needs. ATS software can be installed and configured on your system remotely, and often does not require the practitioner to learn new dictation equipment.
ATS is staffed by professional transcriptionists experienced across the spectrum of medical practice. What sets us apart from the other transcription service providers – most equally able to make such a claim – is the fact that ATS’ management team has extensive customer service, office and information technology experience.
You expect to receive your documents in a timely manner, without errors or untranscribed elements. You deserve to be appreciated and rewarded for putting your trust with a transcription service that cares as much about service as transcription. You deserve ATS.
About Our Branding
The banner is a stylized version of the rod of Asclepius, an ancient Greek symbol associated with the healing of the sick through medicine. Asclepius, the son of the Greek god Apollo, was a practitioner of medicine in ancient Greek mythology. The snake is commonly accepted to be a rat snake, Elaphe longissima, native to southeastern Europe and Asia Minor, apparently brought there by Romans for their healing properties.
The snake depicted in the ATS banner logo is a corn snake, Pantherophis guttatus, a species of rat snake that is found throughout the central and southeastern United States. We took this small liberty in recognition of two facts. First, our offices are located in Oklahoma. Second, frankly, the corn snake is much more attractive as a mascot!
